Positive paragraph: The staff at the hotel was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was excellent, close to the beach and within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. The bungalow was clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful, with plenty of sun and a peaceful atmosphere.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. The staff at this hotel are incredibly attentive and friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location of this hotel right on the beach is fantastic. You can enjoy the beautiful Lovina beach just a few steps away.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

1. Cleaness at my room (garden view) is ok, but another 2 standard room receive bad comment from my friend which we book under a same booking. Besides, the frondesk cleaness is not acceptable. I spot lot of ant at front desk during I made the payment but the employee there seems like treat the ant as transperant. 2. The good thing is the swimming pool is clean.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops which made it easy to explore the area. the breakfast offered by the hotel was surprisingly good with a variety of choices to pick from. the hotel had a lovely pool area surrounded by a garden, which was perfect for relaxing during the day.

The hotel room was quite old and outdated. the furniture was not in the best condition, and it felt somewhat uncomfortable.

The friedly of the staff is the one of the reasons. And the location for the accomodation, just beside the lovina beach. If want to have a dinner, there have restaurants, just the walking distance (around 5-10min).

The breakfast, is the American style. Maybe i'm come from Malaysia, so i can't take it.

This was a lovely tranquil spot to rest and just enjoy being at the top end of Bali. Lovely helpful staff...nothing was too much; the deluxe rooms were extremely comfortable, private and relaxing in Bali style - had the best night sleep in over a week there. Would recommend it to anyone who just wants to escape the maddening crowds

The hotel's location is the best as it's right by the beautiful sea and only a couple of minutes' walk from Lovina beach. The staff is friendly and offered great assistance in getting a motorbike and organizing a dolphin spotting trip. The swimming pool is good and the wifi works well. Breakfast was enjoyable.

This hotel is so dirty and degraded, we travel a lot and never we had seen it before !!!

Waitresses excellent and polite ! Setting very nice !

Food was very poor, chef hopeless ! He could not cook and constantly harassed us. Do not use debit or Credit card, charged me 3 times and then said I had not paid as docket did not come from machine, had to stop payments with my bank, abused by lady owner and when she realised I was correct no apology given. Apart from her and the chef all staff tried hard and it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms is commendable, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The location of the hotel right on the beach is a major plus, providing guests with easy access to the beautiful Lovina beach.

All was satisfactory.

Service is appalling. Besides us, another swedish couple booked the dolphin tour. The night shift staff woke us up at 6.30am told us to go wait at beach and he went home at 7am. The boatman never came, and the morning shift staff came at 8.30am, not knowing or doing anything. The swedes were stranded with nothing to do. Thank God, we were leaving for another place in Bali. For the rate they charge, the breakfast is appalling. Watery tea and coffee, watermelons that smell bad, and substandard toasts. So many other cheaper hotels all over Bali have great staff and great breakfast, The service is appalling. I have booked so many rooms thru your site and I feel you should remove this hotel from your site. Unprofessional!
